At Bay Area All Good Deals, we specialize in providing brand-new, factory-sealed home goods and furniture directly from our warehouse. To maintain our exceptional value, all items are sold on a final-sale basis and are not returnable for change of mind or non-defective reasons.

Quality Guarantee

While our items are factory-fresh and quality issues are extremely rare (occurring in less than 1% of our thousands of successful sales), we stand behind every product. If you encounter a genuine manufacturing defect, please:

Reporting: Please contact us via our Facebook Page or website within 3 business days of pickup.

Replacement Eligibility: Replacements are only eligible for serious issues that affect the item's primary function.

Partial Refunds: For minor issues that do not affect the item's use, we may issue a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges: Eligible items can be replaced with the same product or exchanged for a higher-value item (buyer pays the price difference).

Full Refunds: If a replacement for a major functional issue is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.

Condition: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be returned in its original manufacturer box.

Pickup Inspection

We strongly encourage all customers to inspect the exterior of their factory-sealed packaging at the time of pickup at our East Bay warehouse to ensure complete satisfaction.
